All orders placed before 3pm AEST are packed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

Express Post Australia-Wide
We ship exclusively with Australia Post Express for the fastest possible delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our research-grade products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This ensures product integrity, safety, and quality control for all customers.

We do, however, offer:

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will issue a replacement immediately.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, our team will work directly with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Replacements will be issued when appropriate.
