All products supplied by Byron ReGen Co are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.
Products are not for human use, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or any application involving living organisms.
Purchase constitutes agreement that products will only be used ethically and legally.

2. Order Acceptance

Byron ReGen Co reserves the right to:

accept or decline any order

request additional information before processing

refuse sales to individuals or entities where misuse is suspected

cancel an order if it breaches these Terms or applicable laws

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued unless illegal misuse is suspected.

3. Age & Competency Requirements

Purchasers must:

understand WHS obligations relating to chemical handling

Misrepresentation of credentials may result in order cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within Australia only.
Once an order is lodged with the courier:

risk transfers to the purchaser

Byron ReGen Co is not responsible for delays, loss, confiscation, or damage during transit

delivery time estimates are not guaranteed

Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are their responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final.
Byron ReGen Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Products opened, used, reconstituted, or removed from packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.

7. Product Information & Accuracy

While Byron ReGen Co aims to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or website content are error-free, complete, or scientifically exhaustive.
